Our approach

A seamless path from screening to treatment in one appointment.

Our clinic combines advanced imaging with immediate physician oversight to provide a complete care pathway. We deliver thorough skin assessments, personalized treatment plans, and ongoing support.

State-of-the-Art Technology

Our clinic utilizes six FotoFinder Medicam 1000s video dermoscopes synced with the FotoFinder ATBM master. This suite provides AI-supported total body mapping and high-definition video dermoscopy in every examination room. We are the only clinic in the world with so many units under one roof.

Tracks Changes Over Time

We use the validated “two-step method” of digital follow-up to detect microscopic changes in lesions, designed to help detect melanoma at its earliest stages.

Fast Access & Comprehensive Care

Urgent concerns are typically seen within 24 hours, and non-urgent as early as 72 hours. The $650 fee includes professional full-body photography, a head-to-toe examination by a trained nurse melanographer, followed by an immediate full body examination by one of our physicians.

On-Site Surgical Team

If a biopsy or excision is required based on your screening, it is performed on-site by our MSP-enrolled surgical team at no additional cost to the patient.

Our treatment options

If treatment is required following your screening, we offer a full range of medical and surgical treatments delivered on-site and tailored to your diagnosis.

Cryotherapy
Uses targeted liquid nitrogen to rapidly freeze and destroy precancerous spots and superficial skin lesions. Performed directly in clinic, this minimally invasive technique requires no incision or stitches.

Field therapy
Treat precancerous changes across an area of sun-damaged skin—not only individual visible spots. For actinic keratoses, this is preventive care aimed at reducing the risk of progression to squamous cell carcinoma. Options include topical chemotherapy with prescription 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU / Efudex) liquid and clinic-based photodynamic therapy (PDT). Your clinician will recommend a treatment plan based on your skin, diagnosis, and individual needs.

Surgery & biopsies
Offers on-site sampling for spots that need lab testing or surgery for physician-recommended excisions. Procedures are performed under local anesthetic to support patient comfort while allowing precise tissue removal.

Curettage & electrodesiccation
Combines gentle surface scraping with controlled electrical heat to remove targeted abnormal cells. Performed under local anesthetic, this suture-free technique provides an in-clinic treatment for select superficial skin cancers.

Systemic treatments
These medicines are called systemic treatments. They travel through the bloodstream and work throughout the body. Treatment may be given as tablets, injections or an intravenous (IV) infusion. Chemotherapy is one option, but today’s treatments also include immunotherapy and targeted medicines.

Direct access

Priority care without the waitlist

In BC, wait times for skin assessments within the public healthcare system can often exceed several months. If you notice a new or changing spot, early evaluation allows for timely monitoring and supports clinical management.

01

Early-stage detection

Delaying an assessment allows lesions to grow deeper into skin layers, increasing the risk of progression. Our goal is to find micro tumours, compared to clinically visible tumours.

02

Minimally invasive procedures

Localized lesions or micro cancers often respond to minor, surface-level techniques. Advanced cases may require a more extensive approach.

03

Long-term prognosis

Early intervention improves outcomes for localized skin cancers before they have an opportunity to spread.

A streamlined path to treatment

Our clinic provides assessments and procedures in a private, supportive environment. If you have any questions, we’re here to help.
