Please do not rely on this appointment for unrelated dermatological concerns. If one is noticed, we may recommend another appropriate health-care provider; it may not be assessed or treated during this visit unless relevant to skin cancer care.

We do not provide general dermatology care. We do not routinely assess or treat acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, hair loss, nail disorders, chronic rashes, or conditions unrelated to skin cancer.

Consultation fees pay for the completed medical service. They are not dependent on finding cancer, recommending a biopsy or recommending mole mapping. Once a consultation or assessment has been provided, its fee is generally non-refundable, subject to correction of a billing error, or review of exceptional circumstances.
